• 2021 International Existing Building Code (IEBC)
• 2021 International Wildland-Urban Interface Code (IWUIC)
• 2021 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC)
• 2020 National Electrical Code (NEC), as referenced by the 2021 International Building Code

Accessibility Requirements

Please note that the accessibility provisions of the 2018 I-Codes and the ICC A117.1-2009 Standard will continue to be enforced. The accessibility provisions contained within the 2021 codes remain subject to a prior injunction issued by the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and are therefore not currently enforceable.
